NEW BUILD

Complete renovation of St Johns Wood Town House

Our team was thrilled to take on this project for an overseas client who was unable to visit the project throughout the project due to COVID-19. This project involved everything from carpentry to soft furnishings. With the utmost attention to detail, we transformed this once-outdated property into a contemporary oasis.

Starting from the ground up, we stripped the home down to its base and began by redesigning the floor plan. By opening up the space, we created a brighter, more functional living area that flows seamlessly from one room to another. Additionally, we decided to install a state-of-the-art kitchen, which maximises space while incorporating the latest appliances and materials.

On the ground floor, our team of experts installed a custom-made fireplace that added warmth and style to the space. We focused on bringing natural light into the rooms by adding floor-to-ceiling crittal doors, sleek floor lamps and recessed lighting. The attention to detail was crucial to ensure each element of the room flowed together seamlessly.

The bedrooms have been reimagined to become inviting and comfortable sanctuaries. With a focus on beautiful carpentry and soft, plush fabrics, a sense of calm was achieved without compromising on style. Natural light pours into these spaces, highlighting the intricate details and colours, creating a peaceful ambience.

The bathrooms have been entirely overhauled to make them modern and luxurious. We incorporated elegant, contemporary finishes alongside state-of-the-art fixtures, creating an indulgent experience for the homeowner or their guests. The exquisite attention to detail is evident in every corner of these newly renovated spaces.

The property also received completely new and up-to-date electrical and heating smart systems making it much more efficient, economical and eco-friendly. The property also benefited from the installation of a smart security system that allows the client to monitor the property from abroad.

From the initial design discussions to the final touches, the construction company showcased their expertise and professionalism. Despite my absence, they seamlessly managed every aspect of the project, ensuring a hassle-free experience for me. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly impressive. What impressed me the most was the impeccable finish they delivered. The end result was nothing short of exceptional. The design was brought to life with precision and finesse, and the final project was delivered flawlessly. Every element was carefully executed, reflecting their dedication to craftsmanship and excellence. Moreover, the communication throughout the process was excellent. They kept me informed of the project’s progress, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. This level of transparency and responsiveness instilled confidence in their abilities and made me feel involved, despite being miles away. I would highly recommend this construction company to anyone seeking a turnkey service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver an outstanding end result truly set them apart.
